OPTIONS FOR LARGE GROUP REGISTRATIONS
OPTION ONE – INDIVIDUAL REGISTERING
- Each individual must go online, log in using username and password, register for the conference(s), and print out the actual registration page.
- Submit online registration using CHECK/PO payment option.
- Turn in paperwork to person writing PO. Send PO, along with all registration paperwork to MRA office. Fax – 616-647-9378. See website for mailing/email addresses.
OPTION TWO – SUPERVISOR REGISTERING
- Individual username and password required if signing up as MRA member.
- Each name must be registered individually, using username and password. Member number not needed. Be sure to logout after each registration to log in as new registrant.
- Submit each registration using CHECK/PO payment option. Submit names and PO to MRA office.
Payment Information
Credit card payments will be processed immediately upon submission. Registrants who choose to have their school send a purchase order will be considered not paid until we receive a check from you or the paying organization (purchase orders are not considered payment). Upon receiving a purchase order, the MRA office will issue an invoice based on the purchase order. A check for your fees must arrive in the office or payment arrangements made with the MRA bookkeeper by July 1.
• After June 19, there will be an additional registration late fee of $30 charged per registration.
• Cancellations received by the MRA Office after June 19 will be subject to a $30 processing fee. Membership fees are non-refundable. Meal tickets are non-refundable after June 19. Cancellations not received 48 hours after the conference in writing are non-refundable.
• There will be a $15 processing charge for any completed payment change requests.
• We reserve the right to resell unclaimed meal tickets 1 hour prior to meal events as these meals are prepaid by our Association.

Onsite registration will be available at Shanty Creek Resort Tuesday, July 12 between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
