Our Support Forum is the place to get advanced Support, read Changelogs or leave Feedback about Sparkk TV.
POST allows you to start a new Post. When you create a post, be sure to post in the correct Topic, be sure to label your post correctly as a Bug Report, Feedback or however you feel it should be addressed. If reporting as a Bug, be sure to fill out the all the information that you feel we need to address the bug. A member of our staff will get back to your post.
POST TYPES include a all the types of posts we allow within the Support Forum. Some of these only our Staff can post. Post types allowed currently are Bugs, Issues, Release Notes, Announcements, Support, Beta Testing, Survey, Feedback, Ideas.
BUG REPORTING is a vital part of Sparkk TV. When reporting a bug, be sure to include as many details as possible in your report and how to reproduce the bug. A link where the bug occurs is also very helpful. If the bug is in one of our apps, be sure to include your device and app version.
FEEDBACK allows us to make Sparkk TV a better experience for our users. You can leave us feedback in any post or category, be sure to label the post as Feedback using [FEEDBACK] before the topic.
